The Hotel Employee's Sports Leagues (HESL) is a sports program of the Neighborhood Service Councils of the New York Hotel & Motel Trades Council. Employees of hotels, motels, clubs and restaurants signatory to a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the New York Hotel & Motel Trades Council are eligible to participate in the leagues and programs offered. Participation must be approved in advance by the Sports Commissioner and is based upon availability and compliance with the HESL rules and regulations.
